Check in time is 4pm. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage with reception and we will hold this until we can get you into your room.

Please plan ahead, South Queensferry is generally a busy area. Car parking can be found in “the Binks” on Rose Lane or the public cark under the Forth Rail Bridge. There are also on-street car parking spaces along the high street which are chargeable between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm. Please also be aware of road signage as a new one way system has been put in place along the high street. We are a boutique hotel and all of our dreamy rooms are wonderfully unique and different from each other, only specific rooms have baths. Please speak with our team if you have any specific requests and we will try our best to accommodate.
