BAR AND WAITING
Orocco Pier is an award winning, exciting and innovative concept in dining, drinking, accommodation and events. We continually strive to offer the highest standards of customer care in both our products and service.
Always keen to build on our existing dedicated and dynamic team, we are looking for talented and motivated individuals with an eye for detail. In return we offer an outstanding in-house training scheme utilising practical training and the nationally recognised, interactive computer based system.
If you’re ready to rise to the top then get in touch now.
Management
Due to expansion we are looking to add
to our dynamic and energetic team. This
role requires the ability to help drive the
business forward through excellence
in customer care. Ideally you will have
a minimum of two years experience in
either a supervisory or management
role. An ability to build and lead a team
is essential along with attention to detail,
flair and good customer rapport. Salary
is negotiable depending on experience
and level of responsibility.
Bar and Waiting
A real enthusiasm for customer care, a
friendly, outgoing personality and an eye
for detail are the main requirements for
this role. If you feel you have these skills
but would also like to develop waiting,
cocktails, barista and wine knowledge
then you would be an ideal candidate to
join our front of house team.
Competitive rates of pay, a friendly,
professional working environment and
the opportunity to make your job a
career makes this a highly desirable role.
We have full and part time vacancies.
Kitchen
We continue to recruit chefs at all levels.
Our aim is to develop skills within an
environment that lends itself to efficient
service and quality products using fresh
ingredients. If you have a real passion for
food, enjoy a busy working environment
and understand that customer
satisfaction is a priority at all times then
we could be the right choice for you.
Events staff
If you only have a limited amount of time
to commit to a part time job, then joining
our events bar and waiting team may
help you meet you own personal work/
life balance.
We will ensure that you receive an
adequate level of training for your role,
and will endeavour to develop your
skills on an ongoing basis. We ask that
you are able commit to a minimum of
one week-end shift on a regular basis.
If you enjoy being part of tailor made
events such as weddings, festive parties
or corporate occasions this will be the
ideal role to get you working as part of a
dedicated team.
