Since opening Orocco Pier in December 2003 we have
been approached by many business owners and operators
for advise and guidance.
In response to the demand, we have created a consultancy
service which is aimed to help businesses create a
firm foundation in which they can build a more solid
future upon.
In this period of great uncertainty for many, we aim
to help build on existing sales, create and attract
new custom and ensure that the structure to maintain
healthy margins across the business are in place.
We have excellent business relations with some of
the countries top professionals and best suppliers
and are able to pull on our directors combined experience
and knowledge of some 60 plus years in the industry
to help both brand new ventures from conception to
those existing businesses that need a new direction
In 2005 Orocco Pier has:
- seen its gross sales grow by 64% on it's first
years trading
- been placed within the shortlist of the six best
independent operations within the licensed trade
throughout the UK at the 2005 Publican Awards in
London
- won Hotel Review Scotland's Hotel Bar of the Year
award and was a runner up in their Hotel of the
Year category
- been nominated as Wedding Venue of the Year at
the Vow's Awards, supported by the Scottish Wedding
