Since opening Orocco Pier in December 2003 we have
been approached by many business owners and operators
for advise and guidance.
In response to the demand, we have created a consultancy
service which is aimed to help businesses create a
firm foundation in which they can build a more solid
future upon.
In this period of great uncertainty for many, we aim
to help build on existing sales, create and attract
new custom and ensure that the structure to maintain
healthy margins across the business are in place.
We have excellent business relations with some of
the countries top professionals and best suppliers
and are able to pull on our directors combined experience
and knowledge of some 60 plus years in the industry
to help both brand new ventures from conception to
those existing businesses that need a new direction
In 2008/9 Orocco Pier has:
- shown growth in sales for the 5th consecutive year and have doubled our turn over figures since 2004.
- been short listed for the Millennium edition of Who's Who, making it into the top 1% of performing limited companies in the UK since 2000.
- achieved planning permission and funding to extend its existing premises, creating 6 new bedrooms, a brand new café bar and kitchen facilities.
- been shortlist for the 4th time in 5 years for the best Wedding Venue facility in Scotland, as voted for by our clients.
