1992 - 2000
During this intervening period the site was subject
to Planning applications made by various applicants,
with varying success; these are noted below.
In February of 1992 Derek Edgar Developments made
application for the erection of a block of 3 No. flats;
the application was subsequently refused.
In October of 1992 Derek Edgar Developments made
application for the erection of 2 No. Flats; the application
was subsequently approved. The proposal included the
re-erection of a sea wall as illustrated in the accompanying
link.
In June of 2000 a Mr Mrs Mallon made application
for the erection of 2 No. flats; the application was
subsequently refused.
